Third-party cookies originate from (or are sent to) a website that is not the website you are visiting. For example, if the Website uses third-party advertising those third-party advertising websites may use a cookie to track your browsing habits for marketing purposes or if you are viewing one of our videos on the Website, YouTube may place a cookie on your Device. Further information on third party cookies is provided below. ZoneFox has no control over these cookies.

.ads.linkedin.com

LinkedIn insights and ads tags

The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data regarding LinkedIn members’ visits to the Website, including the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamp, and page views. This data is encrypted, then de-identified within seven days, and the de-identified data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share the personal data with the website owner, it only provides aggregated reports about the website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors, enabling the website owner to show personalised ads off its website by using this data, but without identifying the member. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes through their account settings.

LinkedIn does not transfer personal data to Audience Management partners, except for leads collected by LinkedIn on behalf of a joint customer of LinkedIn and the Audience Management partner, where that joint customer has directed LinkedIn to transfer it. The joint customer is the controller of the Lead Gen Forms data; the Audience Management partner and LinkedIn are both processors of the data. Both the Audience Management partner and LinkedIn have GDPR obligations to the controller (the joint customer). The Audience Management partner is obligated to only process the personal data transferred from LinkedIn within the scope of the agreement that the Audience Management partner has in place with the joint customer.
